Louisiana Sleep Foundation (LSF) is Louisiana’s #1 Sleep Medicine, Diagnostic, and Treatment center. We are AASM accredited and our service speaks for itself. Our main headquarters are located in the heart of Baton Rouge and our services reach out to patients beyond state lines. Our History:

Louisiana Sleep Foundation (LSF) was founded on patient-centered care, diagnosing and treating complex medical sleep disorders. In order to fulfill the needs of our patients and the community, we work in conjunction with other health care providers throughout Louisiana to provide the best services and healthcare as possible. The Providers at LSF strive to help with all aspects of Sleep Medicine as they apply to the people of Louisiana and surrounding areas.

Our Mission:

Louisiana Sleep Foundation (LSF) is a team of healthcare professionals dedicated to maximizing the quality of life for those suffering from sleep disorders through state-of-the-art diagnostics, comprehensive treatment options and patient centered care. Louisiana Sleep Foundation is focused on increasing sleep disorder awareness in both the medical community and the community at large. Once aware of the problem, LSF pledges to maintain the highest standards of diagnostic excellence as disorder quantification is established. Finally, LSF will complete the patient continuity of care through multi-disciplinary comprehensive treatment and follow-up.

Louisiana Sleep Foundation, LLC (hereinafter “Provider”) is committed to conducting its business with integrity and to comply with health care laws, including applicable health information privacy laws, including, but not limited to, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”).  Failure to comply with these laws could result in violations of existing contractual arrangements and, in some circumstances, result in criminal, civil and administrative sanctions to individual employees and Provider.  Provider can meet its commitment to compliance only through the efforts of its directors, officers, employees, and independent contractors, each of whom must perform his or her duties on behalf of Provider with honesty and integrity.
